Melissa Glick
PWN FOUNDER, CO-OWNER/CEO OF THINK NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES Melissa is CEO and Co-Owner of Think Network Technologies, a Durango-based IT consultant and network integrator. Her 20+ year career includes work across diverse industries including advertising/PR, event production, real estate, and IT management. Six years ago, Melissa took a leap of faith and left her position in Chicago as Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage. It was her time to focus on quality of life and live closer to her family. At Think, which was founded by her father and brother, she can’t help but feel extremely blessed. Beginning again, in a new field, and working her way up from part-time consultant to CEO is a dream fulfilled. She attributes her success at Think to a combination of hard work, perseverance and perfect timing. Continuing to build upon her professional skills, Melissa credits past mentors as well as family, in providing her with solid values, strong business acumen and an incurable desire for expressing herself. 

Jessika Buell

As the owner of Lucky Services & MC2, Jessika loves working with businesses of all types and sizes. Most of her free time is spent chasing around her two crazy boys. She has a long background in marketing and helps us reach people one post at a time.

Jessika started Lucky & MC2 with the goal of wanting to create companies that do great work and are a great place to work. She has lived and worked in Durango for over 15 years. Starting her professional career as an English and Math teacher in the Durango Schools; she then transitioned into a marketing, business development, and project executive role for one of the largest construction firms in the country. She understands the complexities and strategies of working for a multi-million dollar company with the background and knowledge of being a part of the local community of Durango. She believes that professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices matter. She thrives on helping make business of all sizes and types in Durango as successful as possible.

Event Coordinator 

Susan Lander

Susan is a private nonprofit consultant working with organizations throughout Colorado. Her strengths are Executive Mentoring, Arts Organizations Management, Individual and Corporate Development, Capital Campaigns and Relationship Building. As an executive director for 20 years, she raised millions of dollars for the Women’s Resource Center and Music in the Mountains while growing the organizations, their budget and their programs. Under her leadership both of these organizations won the El Pomar Awards for Excellence and the Outstanding Contribution to the Community by the Durango Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the many boards and committees including the Community Resource Center, Durango Area Tourism Office, Philanthropy Days of Southwest Colorado, the El Pomar Southwest Regional Council and Awards for Excellence. Presently she serves on the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame board and the Durango Women’s Resource Center’s Advisory Board. Born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Canada she lived, studied, worked and traveled in Europe, Ecuador and Mexico for more than 10 years and speaks Spanish.

Professional Women's Network of Durango

Jenna, a Colorado native and 2008 Fort Lewis Graduate, began her professional career as a Registered Nurse with Southwest Women's Health in Durango. In 2015, she made the transition into Medical Aesthetics at Durango Dermatology where she combines a love for the science and education behind her craft with a passion for helping patients feel refreshed and confident. Jenna became engrained in the Durango community during her time at Ken and Sue's, a local favorite. Working her way through college and nursing school, Jenna also met her husband Beau, whom she married in 2011. In December 2015, their shared entrepreneurial dream came true when they opened Durango's first speakeasy, The Bookcase and Barber. Jenna is currently working towards achieving her Certified Aestheic Nursing License and hopes to someday to international humanitarian work. Her long-term, local impact goal for the Durango community is to build a local resource for young women with a love for the sciences.

Monthly EVENT

Our monthly meeting occurs on the second Tuesday of the month from 5:00-6:30pm @ The Irish Embassy. Networking, board briefings, and a highlighted speaker/presenter usually occur.
