We are an all volunteer run organization.  Collectively, our board members and volunteers put in hundreds of hours a year to support our mission and our community.

Connect with local women on a deeper level and join our team!  We are actively seeking Board Members and Volunteer Ambassadors.  Please contact us if you are interested.

Molly Pagano, Board President:  Molly is a Colorado native and grew up in the foothills of Denver, where her love of the outdoors was introduced. Molly, her husband and their four-legged pup have called Durango home for 6 years and have no plans to ever leave.  Molly’s professional career began when working for the Colorado Public Defenders Office.  From there she obtained a degree in Paralegal studies and has since been a Paralegal for over 14 years, working in a variety of areas.  Currently, Molly is the owner of San Juan Paralegal Services, providing contract paralegal support to attorneys throughout Colorado.  Molly’s passion for her community continues to grow, as a recent graduate of the 2018-2019 Leadership La Plata Class and she is excited to continue her growth professionally.

Melissa Glick, Treasurer (Past President) :  Melissa is CEO of Think Network Technologies, an award winning IT solutions provider headquartered in Durango, CO.  Earning a Bachelors of Science in Advertising from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO,  Melissa started her career in advertising and event marketing.  Becoming CEO of a technology firm wasn't on her radar,  but when an opportunity presented itself she grabbed hold and hasn't let go since.  She attributes her success to great mentors, perseverance, timing and surprisingly humor.  Melissa co-founded PWN of Durango in 2014 and she sits on the Board of the Community Foundation Serving Southwest Colorado and is a volunteer for Blueprints of Hope.

Tracey Kellermeyer, Board Member:  Tracy is CEO and Co-founder of New Heights Solutions, a remote Virtual Assistance company that provides services to Financial Planners across the country. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Tracy and her husband traveled the country full-time via housesitting for 2 years before settling in Durango in 2019. Also in 2019, she co-founded a membership site to connect other traveling couples and provide resources for a life on the road through a company called Nomad Collab. Although travel is a huge part of her life, she has loved getting involved with the Durango community, especially connecting with women who love empowering each other!
